Dill plants are extremely beneficial and drought-tolerant herbs to add to your garden. Sow the seeds directly in the ground from April through May. Seeds should be planted ¾ to 1 inch deep and from 12 to 15 inches apart. The plant will reach between 2' to 4' tall. It is the host plant to the Anise Swallowtail.
